A busy & tiring Week!

Monday's over!!! Tired, tired... It has been a tiring day, or rather, last week was tiring too, and yah, this week gonna be likewise. Today I worked til 8+pm (yah, till they shut down the air-con & I have no choice but to leave…sigh..) yet I’ve not finished clearing my paperwork =( Sigh… I hate audits! Especially when I’m so busy doing “one-woman show” for my proj. Yah, bossy just informed me today that I have to produce 150mg of the material by THIS FRIDAY!! I only got 1 pair of hands leh.. :S He promised to have another FTE to help me out. But when will it be?
What’s more? Some people keep coming to bug me for this & that chemical. I’m like their chemical inventory now lor…
Sigh… I need another hols soon!! Haha

Ok, cast work stuff aside for now. Last week I’ve been pretty busy too, besides work. My post-office hrs was packed since Tue. Well, Tue went to catch the show ‘Step Up’ with LLT. A great show, makes me feel like dancing so much now! Hhaa…after the movie I was brought to a 24-hr café called ‘Mr Bean’. Hey, don’t be like me to think that it’s the soybean milk shop, ok? Haha…it’s a café selling mainly western food. I quite like the sausages there. Thanks LLT for the gd recommendation! Nice place to hang out. Heez =)
Wed evening had dinner with Qing and WPC (thks to LLT for giving him this nick lor…wahaha) joined us too. Went to a pinky, girlie café called ‘Miss Clarity Café. Haha…the shop isn’t really pinky, it’s the webpage that’s very pinky! Haha~~ The food was pretty good too! Qing loves the cheesecake, but I found it too milky & cheesy for my liking. Anyway, it was a nice meetup with Qing and new frd, WPC. Haha~~
Thu evening was spent ktv-ing with the almost voiceless Rain. Alemak! Losing voice alr still wanna sing ktv? I almost laugh to death lor. Should have made Rain sing Ah Du’s songs. Wahaha…
SG & Ade actually jio me out to watch 9:56 on Friday. But kinda strange for me to tag along with the lovey-dovey couple leh. So I dragged the always-say-he-is-bored LLT along! Wahaha… In the end he got misunderstood for being unfriendly. Sigh… yah lor, y u behave so dao huh? My fault too, didn’t bridge the conversation. Hmm… but Ade, u all asked me out leh, so shouldn’t u all do the talking too? Wahaha… So now how to redeem urself huh, LLT? ROCHESTER lor… Hha…else ur reputation will go into the open sea not just down the drain alr. Wahaha.. Ok ok, both parties just gotta take it easy, k? It’s really a misunderstanding only =)

So since Tue, I’ve been going home ard 12midnite. So tired!! Hhaa... and mama has been nagging & nagging. Nvm, just let her nag lor. Haha

Weekend’s been tiring but enjoyable as well. Sat was a blading session with a mixture of different grp of frds. Well, yup, pretty complicated leh. Haha… brought a “toddler” along, so we gotta take turn to “babysit” her. Wahaha.. But it’s an enjoyable blading session (thou it was abit short! Haha) & gathering. After blading LLT & I went off to the Sports exhibition at Suntec. Yah, SPORTS exhibition, not SEXPO, ok? Haha… Yah, signed PF, so now I’m bonded for 2.5yrs… But was quite happy to have signed up, I’m interested to try out their dance class, hot yoga & to think that their outlet at Suntec has a swimming pool!!! Wahaha… Burnt a bigger hole in my pocket by buying a backpack too. Haha… But I’ve been looking for a big enough backpack for quite a while already. Somemore it’s cheap! Haha…Yah, haven bag so much things home for very long liao. Heez =) Watched my 3rd movie for the week, ‘Happy Feet’. Hhaa…like the baby penguins!! They r so cute!

Sun had my usual dental appointment, but I managed to go for a short swim early in the morning. So shiok! I haven swim for 1+ mth I think. Haha… After Sat’s blading + Sun’s swimming, I got tanner again! Haha~~ Oh, my orthodontist said that I can remove my braces soon! That’s very fast!! Coz I’ve only worn it for 11 mths. Haha… Jac, U must be very jealous of me, rite? Heez.. Sun afternoon had a round of ktv with JC frds to celebrate Cat’s bdae. Post ktv was our usual gossip session. Sigh…heard happy, shocking as well as unhappy stories from the gang. Haiz… Really hope that ur problems will be solved soon, gal. =)

P.S. Hmm…I really don’t wish to make any wild guesses on what make u feel so unhappy today. But hope you’ll hold your promise & tell me next wk, k? Else you know what to expect…wahaha

Christmas is Coming!!! =)

Weekend is gone again! This weekend has been a not-too-busy yet not-too-free one. But overall I’ve enjoyed myself =)

Ok, starting with Friday. Boss was back from his diving trip. He was very excited & kept boasting about it. So envious of him! I wanna learn diving too!! But I’ve been procrastinating it, also bcoz most of my frds aren’t keen about it. Sigh… Anyway, glad that Boss had fun, coz this means that he’ll be in a very good mood. Haha…so although I did not manage to get what he had wanted by the due date, he didn’t get mad. Well, of course I did try hard to achieve his goals, but still failed! Still, I did defend myself by explaining what happened and provide solutions to the problems, ok? Haha~~ After work I went to the ulu Skatelines at Paya Lebar fix my blades. Basically just bought a new set of wheels which cost me 105 bucks!!! Now I’m 105 bucks poorer :’(
Well, but have to change the wheels coz my present set of wheels are too big for me & it’s tough to maneuver. Yes!! I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve fallen while wearing my pair of blades! I hope it’s better with the smaller wheels. Will try them on next Sat. Haha

Didn’t do much on Sat. Sleep & eat most of the day before I decided to pack my room. Hhaa…yah, packed my wardrobe to make space for more new clothes mah! Oopz!!! Haha…Well, CNY’s coming, rite? Wahaha.. Didn’t realize that there’s so much packing & ironing of clothes to be done! In the end, I was slightly late to meet WG and the rest. Yah, yesterday was RH’s wedding banquet. Congrats to u & ur hubby!! RH looked really pretty yest evening. Heez… But she’s a little too nervous already. Haha~~ This alcoholic got herself so drunk and high towards the end of the dinner, OMG!! Haha… We thought she could hold her liquor, or at least much better than her hubby, but in the end… … Haha… Anyway, the dinner was enjoyable, especially with my Teochew clan bros beside me. Very entertained! Haha.. But the food and especially the service kinda suck. The waiter actually used his hand to hold the spoon of the ladle. YUCKS!!! Yah, can u imagine how lousy the waiter was? I think he felt quite stressed serving my table too, coz there’s a few ang mohs. In the end my big boss asked him to leave the serving to “us”. Yah, his “us” = ME!!! Yesh, he was so "nice" to make me the waitress instead. So mean of him, rite? Sigh… =(
But one thing for sure! My waitressing skill is much better than that waiter. Haha… =)

Dinner ended pretty late last nite & this morning had to get up early for the vertical marathon. Nearly couldn’t get up! Haha.. Simply can’t imagine myself climbing up the 73-storey high Swissotel. But in the end, we made it!! I’ve clocked a timing of 18:20 min. Though my timing wasn’t fantastic, I’m still quite proud of myself. Wahaha.. Especially given that I’ve been quite sick for the past 2 wks and didn’t really train up, it’s not bad already. Haha… Yah, have to admit that it was tough, but it’s fun too. My legs were a little wobbly after the climb, but still managed to go shopping with Ade in the afternoon. Haha… went Orchard and we were like 2 siao gals crazy over taking pics of x’mas tree & some of the decorations outside Paragon. Too bad we didn’t bring camera so could only use Ade's hp. Next time must bring camera & take pics in the evening. This year’s x’mas lightings seem much better than last year’s. Although the decorations are abit too gold. Haha... But it definitely brings out the festive mood. So happy, x’mas is coming again!!! Yes, I love x’mas!! 1 more month to x’mas!!!! =)

How Do You Spell Dhoby Ghaut??

Yest morning I had a small bet with Glad. Haha… We were arguing over the spelling for ‘Dhoby Ghaut’. I insisted that there’s 2 ‘b’s in the word ‘Dhoby’ while she claimed that there’s only 1 ‘b’. Ok fine, so we betted for yest’s lunch. Hmm... I goggled & realized the spelling to be DHOBY GHAUT!! Arghhh~~ I was wrong & had lost the bet :’( But then only partially. Hhaa… coz both of us got the spelling wrong. I spelt th word as ‘Dobby’ while Glad spelt it as ‘Dobly’. Oh man, our spelling sucks!! But worst of all was JS who spelt it as ‘Doubt Court’ and we almost died from laughing! Haha… So afterall, I only lost part of the bet, & treated Glad to a drink instead of lunch. Haha~~

These 2 days I got some work to clear before boss returns tmr, but just don’t feel like doing, or should say that sometimes I dunno what I’m doing either. Haha… Anyway, just can’t wait to clear my present project. Hope these screwed up projs won’t affect my performance this year by too much. God bless me please! Haha

Today went for Cali’s boxercise class with Ah Bao. It was fun!! I have not had such an intensive cardio workout ever since I was down with rashes and later gastric probs. Yes! I love the sweat-it-out feeling!! I know I sound nuts, but I’m serious!! Coz it makes me feel so refreshed and recharged, thou tired. Haha~~ But we were pretty unlucky to be pestered by the people there. Hmm… Seems like I’m much more “heng” when I went with LLT coz we never got pestered. Heez~~ After which we went to Lao Pat Sat for our dinner/supper. Yah, the rojaks were nice thou a little pricey. Had a real gd time chatting & chatting. Yah, Ah Bao, do leave some time for ur frds hor, not all ur time for ur Desm. Haha~~ Great chat & of course great discussion about someone. Hmm… the someone who always made it as if I’ve offended her somehow (but I’m really clueless as to what I’ve done to offend her!!!) Luckily Ah Bao, Ade, Sze are on on my side. Thanks a lot for ur understanding and support! Hmm… dunno y that someone has became so weird recently. I’m really VERY SCARED of her now! I just don’t understand. After being frds for so many years, she can’t even take small jokes, then how is she going to make new frds? Life’s so short, if one has to take everything so seriously, I think it’s torturous, for himself as well as for the people ard him. I think that eventually, she’ll just find all her frds drifting away from her. But what can I do now? I know the misunderstanding is getting more serious now. But I’m really lost! No idea what I can do. Sigh… Hope there will be less awkwardness when we meet up again. I really hope so!

An interesting weekend. Almost got "MORE INTERESTING"...

My stomach has been churning non-stop for the past 3 days. Besides that, it's very bloated too. Sigh... dunno why there's so much air/gas in my stomach. On top of the above mentioned tortures, I've been suffering from diarrhoea now. Yah, my constipation became diarrhoea now! :S

Anyway, today I feel so much better compared to the last few days coz the bloatedness was gone! Haha...was thinking if it's a result of yest GB's excursion?Too many eye candies there liao! But too bad, they are XXX. Sigh... Wahaha~~ Anyway, yest was a fun-filled saturday. Attended blading class as usual in the morning to fine-tune my swizzle. Evening was a gathering with PWAL gang to catch 'The Little Shop of Horrors' and the GB excursion. Haha... the musicial was nice & funny. Really enjoyed it! Especially the Dim Sum Dollies, their performance was marvellous! Post program was an excursion to GB. I guess everyone's was excited, especially the gals coz it was such an eye-opener. Ahaha...but I think someone was freaking scared, rite? Ahaha...no worries lah, got 6 sisters to protect u mah... Haha~~

Well, sorry to PY and gang that I couldn't join in for the bday celebration this round. Hope you all had fun, though I wasn't around. Haha~~

Didn't do much today except for trying hard to clear my level 1 blading lessons. Haha... At last, I've cleared!!! But lost count of how many falls I had during the morning session of evaluation. Sigh.. all I could say is that the tester was DEMONIC!!! Luckily the afternoon's tester was alot more lenient, or I should probably use the word HUMANE. Haha... Well, maybe bcoz it rained quite heavily before that & I was the only 1 doing the evualation. So I've passed!!!! Haha =) But it's really tiring to blade in both morning & afternoon!

Monday's coming again, hope that things run well for the rest of the week for all!! =p

I'm really on MC!!

Sigh... I thought that I could have survived the day after paying a visit to the lousy doc yest nite but eventually, I'm still on MC today! Yah, should have expected that, since she's a lousy doc. Haha~~ Anyway, this morning nearly fainted again! Felt giddy when I was brushing my teeth but luckily mama was ard. Phew!! Almost went to hospital's A&E, but in the end I felt much better, so waited to see the GP instead. So scary!! I thought I'm going to die you know? I'm barely 24 years old leh, if die liao, how? Sigh..probably I'll start haunting my family and friends to fulfil my wishes then. Wahaha

Anyway, this doc definitely gave a better diagnosis than the CMI one yesterday. Felt better after taking his med, thou my stomach is still churning and my appetite haven quite improved. But at least my rashes are gone! Haha...at last!! =) Basically I've been sleeping and sleeping for the entire day. Now I feel like sleeping again...zzzZZZ

I wonder how much work would have accumulated when I return to office tmr. ArgghHH!! And boss's gone tmr! So envious of him. He's going to Sabah for diving!

What happened to Me?

Well, after a gd clarification, the misunderstanding has been cleared. I'm not the unreasonable sort, I listen to explanation, ok? Hahaa

Today hasn't been a really good day for me. Early in the morning I saw that my rashes had worsened. OMG! It's scarring my neck and arms. Sigh... Must be my itchy hands which scratched the rashes in the middle of the nite again. =( Should have tied them up! Haha... Also, I have been constipating for at least a couple of days already (despite I've ate lots of bananas alr!)and today it appeared worse. For the entire day, I felt pretty bloated in my stomach and really had no appetite during lunch (I thought it was due to yest's dinner treat from Ade. Haha... Anyway, thanks alot for the treat! Next time will be my turn when I get my bonus =)

This bloatedness continued for the entire afternoon, in fact I felt that it worsened. Sigh...in the end, something really happened on my train ride home. I almost fainted! It was kinda scary coz I did collapse once on the mrt platform and it was really embarassing too. No idea what exactly happened. I just felt very suffocated on the train and started having headache. The next moment I felt pretty giddy and almost black out. Really scary leh, coz I was all alone. Luckily I got better after resting for a while and sucking some sweets. PHEW~~

Yah, seen a ask-me-what-medicine-I-want doc. Isn't she supposed to prescribed med for me? I think I can be the doc instead! No clear diagnosis given somemore! What kind of doc is she? Sigh...that's y I never trust panel doc..

Hope that my rashes & constipation will clear real soon!!!

A Pissed Weekend

Last weekend was a bad one. First, my rashes worsened and secondly, a friend made me quite pissed off with him. And in fact, the more I think of it, the more pissed off I felt. OMG! I gotta put a stop to this "pissiness"! :S

Well, we have agreed to take up the blading lessons together in the first place and I have always tried my best to accommodate to all your timings so that we all can attend the class together. To think that you can't even accommodate me for this once and even asked me to attend the class on my own? Sigh... I'm really sad and disappointed with you. I know that you are under alot of stress at the moment, but do these give u reasons to treat a friend like this? So eventually I attended the Sunday's class ALONE and I guess u don't even care about it. Sadz... =(

Sometimes, I really wonder if I have given in too much to my friends already and probably I've been taken for granted already. Whatever my friends want to do, I'll do with them coz I feel that when they are happy, I'm happy too. But at the end of the day, how many really attend to my needs and wants? Sigh...

After 2 days of MC...

After 2 days of MC, I'm finally back to work today! Although my neck is still red & a little swollen + itchy, it's already alot better compared to the last 2 days. I could see my double chin the last 2 days! Hahaha
Well, after I've successfully completed the previous proj, the results also showed that the proj which I've worked on for the past 2 years is going to end up in "premature death". A little disappointed but afterall, it's just part & parcel of research, isn't it? So just have to pack up & move on =) Feeling so lazy after 2 days of MC but then still gotta push myself a little more to meet the deadline which is next Tuesday!

Today's lunch was "very entertaining". Haha...I just couldn't stop laughing bcoz ... ... Ahaha...Well, don't think I'll go into the details here coz it's some pretty stupid stuff. =p

Well, back-track a little to how I've spent my last 2 days of MC. Besides trying to scratch & hoping to ease the itch, I've been sleeping and sleeping on Monday. Ahaha... can u believe that I actually took 3 naps that afternoon when my medicine won't cause any drowsiness? Sleep for 2-3hrs, got up for 1/2hr, then back to sleep again! So piggy, rite? I realised that the more I sleep, the more tired I feel. But it's definitely a luxury to be able to laze all day in my bed on a Monday afternoon.

Yesterday was on MC too, but didn't really laze at home coz it'll be very boring to sleep all day long! Luckily LLT was on leave. Haha..so there's someone to accompany me to go out on a weekday afternoon! We met up for lunch, and caught the show 'The Prestige' after that. The show was great! I quite like the story & the flow of the show was gd too. But then, Hugh Jackman isn't as attractive as he is in the 'Scoop' as he lacks his charming, killer smile in this show. Haha~~ But he's still looks very cool. Did abit of shopping after the show, where i bought an Adidas running shorts while LLT bought his shirt. Haha..so happy that the shorts is subsidised my sis. Heez.. coz it's such a splurge to spend 30+ bucks on a pair of running shorts. Thanks sis!! =) Saw quite a couple of things that I need & wanna buy. But hmm...shall wait til month end then. Getting so broke... :(
